Why open an account ?
Create an account is necessary to place an order.
It allows us to send you your order with the right informations but it also allows us to know you better.
Thanks to your account you will also have the possibility to download knitting instructions for free.
How do I open an account ?
Click on the tab "Identify". A new window will open "I create my account in just a few minutes". Fill in the fields. Your account is ready.

I forgot my password.
On the "My account" page, click on the tab "I forgot my password" and enter your e-mail address.
You will receive within few minuts your password by e-mail

May I add an item to my order after I have already confirmed my order ?
Your order is already recorded and in the process of handling. It is not possible to modify it.
We invite you to place a new order for the item that you need.
I am looking for a specific dye lot no.
We only stock dye lots for colors of yarn used in the models. It is possible to order by dye lot number by clicking on the tab "Yarns and needles" then on "Order by dye lot".
The "Order by dy lot" is limited to 3 skeins

On www.phildar.com, the only method of payment is the Online payment by BANK CARD.
The bank cards accepted in our website are : Carte Bleue - Visa and Master Card.

How long does it take for delivery ?
The average delivery time varies from few days to 2 weeks (not including week-ends).

How are delivery costs determined ?
For security and rapidity, Phildar has chosen the International Colissimo service.
Then costs depend on country of delivery and the type of order (catalogues or wool).
What happens if I am absent on the day of delivery ?
The Post leaves a "delivery notice" indicating where and when you can pick up your package.

On www.phildar.com you will find our DVD "Learn How to Knit". It will help you get started.
I would like to knit a model, where can I find the instructions ?
Instructions for Phildar models are in the catalogues. If you would like to buy a catalogue, click on the "Catalogue" tab in the Yarn shop. Or, when you choose a model in the Yarn shop, the album containing the instructions will be suggested.
We invite to order the catalogues if you don't have the instructions.
