Ordering implies acceptance of all General Terms of Sale.
Orders will not be processed until online bank card payment has been accepted and verified online by GIE bank cards.
PHILDAR may proceed with random verification of orders in order to ensure secure transactions and as a fraud-prevention measure for distance sales.
During random verification, consumers will be invited by mail to give proof of domicile and/or identity before processing the order.
Without proof or if papers cannot guarantee identity of person placing the order or domicile, the PHILDAR Company will cancel the order to ensure secure online transactions.
The consumer declares that he/she is legally able to accept these general terms of sale.
Enforceable terms are those that are valid on the day of the order. They apply exclusively to physical non-commercial pe rsons
The parties agree that French law applies. French is the language used in the General Terms of Sale.
The PHILDAR Company informs the consumer of all important characteristics of products offered (sizes, colors, composition, descriptions, prices).
These characteristics are accompanied by a photograph of the product. Product illustrations and photos are not binding. The consumer recognizes that photographs on the website are only suggested illustrations. There may be differences due to photographic treatment.
Our offers and prices are valid for as long as they are visible on the website, as stock limits permit.
Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes. VAT included means French VAT. Delivery costs are added extra.
If you are ordering from another country outside of metropolitan France, you are importing the product(s). For delivery outside of the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will automatically be calculated without tax on the invoice. Customs duty or other local taxes or import rights or State taxes may be applicable. The PHILDAR Company is not responsible for these taxes and duties. You are entirely responsible for these taxes and duties for both declaration and payment to authorities in your country. We suggest that you request information with your local authorities.

We can accept orders within the limit of stock.
You will receive your order number after Bank approval for the transaction. As soon as it is approved, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.If independently of our will an unavailable article is ordered, you will receive an e-mail notice of unavailability and we will reimburse you for the missing article within 10 days.
Orders are archived on our server for a period of 10 years from your last order.

Secure online payment by bank card:
Online payment is immediate and can only be done by bank card: CARTE BLEUE, VISA, MASTER CARD.
Payment is handled by our partner on their secure bank server. Information from your bank card is encrypted using SSL protocol and never transits unencrypted over the network.
When you validate your order :
Your payment request is sent in real time to the secure payment server at the CIC.
It sends out a request for approval from the bank card network.

Home delivery via the Post
In order to guarantee reliable and proven service, PHILDAR has chosen Colissimo at the Post. Delivery costs are indicated on the website when you validate your order.
If you wish to send a gift, your addressee will receive a gift wrapped package with a message that you will have written to him/her.
Delivery Monday through Saturday. If you are absent, you will receive a message in your mailbox with instructions for retrieving your package. > Top

You have 7 days to retract your order from the date of reception of the package, to return ordered products for reimbursement, if you change your mind, if articles received are not conform to given description or if they are defective.
Within 7 days of reception, send back the article in its original package with the return voucher printed on the invoice. Return delivery costs are at your expense unless an article is defective.
Return by Colissimo Direct Tracking.
If you do not return it by Colissimo Direct Tracking, we decline all responsibility in the event that we do not receive the package. Articles are reimbursed by bank deposit within 15 days after receiving the package by Phildar. Reimbursement supposes that the article is in its original package, is not damaged by the consumer or incomplete.
Postal costs for defective articles will be reimbursed according to current prices quoted by the Post for Colissimo Direct Tracking. > Top
